Police believe medical episode caused fatal four-vehicle crash on I-45 No description found
Police are investigating a fatal crash Monday morning.
The Hyundai hit the center wall and started moving south before striking a yellow Dodge van, which had stopped after the initial crash. That van then struck another vehicle.
There were no other injuries.
