Thousands of baby rattles are being recalled.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced a voluntary recall of Whoozit Starry Time Rattles .
The clear spheres on each end of the rattles can break and the small parts can fall out, posing a choking harzard.
Whoozit Starry Time Rattles were sold in toy and baby stores nationwide and in Canada, and online from September through March.
Parents should return the rattle for a full refund.
