Pump Patrol: Save 14 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.26. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 14 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Tuesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Shell, Fairmont Parkway near East Sam Houston Parkway in Pasadena: $3.12
• Murphy USA, Rowlett Road near Gulf Freeway: $3.15
• HEB, Fry Road near Grand Parkway in Katy: $3.17
