Tony-award winner Idina Menzel releases new book ‘Loud Mouse’ with sister Cara Mentzel
Tony Award-winning actress and singer Idina Menzel teamed up with her younger sister, Cara Mentzel to present a lyrical picture book that teaches children about self-acceptance and being true to yourself.
The book, “Loud Mouse,” is about a little mouse named Dee, who loves to sing all the time. But when it comes to show-and-tell, she brings a song, and something incredible happens in the story.
Menzel and Mentzel spoke to KPRC 2 about the book and how they worked together to make it happen. Watch in the video player above.
