Southwest Freeway reopens at Fondren after truck fire

Emergency crews cleared a truck fire at U.S. 69 the Southwest Freeway. 

According to Houston TranStar An overturned heavy truck fire caused major delays at highway 69 southbound near Fondren.

Crews arrived just after 5 a.m. to put out the fire and worked to clear a hazmat spill.

It is unknown how the truck flipped or if there were any injuries.
