Apartment fire in southwest Houston leaves 1 person dead

One person is dead after a fire broke out at a southwest Houston apartment complex Tuesday night.
The fire happened in the 6500 block of Dunlap Street near Bellaire Boulevard.
It’s unclear at this time what caused the fire.
No firefighters were hurt in the fire.
