As Seen On TV Tuesday: Hot Buns fall flat
HOUSTON – Hot Buns are one of the hottest As Seen on TV products, but buyers might not get the hair-raising results they're looking for in the product.
Shoppers can find Hot Buns for as low as $4.99 at stores like Bed, Bath & Beyond. Each set comes with two sizes, one for medium-length hair and one for those with longer locks.
The KPRC team tested out the Hot Buns on two producers, and the results were anything but satisfying. For shorter hair, the hot bun turned into a hot mess, and it took two people to get a bun done up in longer hair. The Hot Bun fell flat during both of the experiments.
