Tacodeli is serving their cowboy-themed tacos during rodeo season

HOUSTON – Roberto Espinosa and Eric Wilkerson, co-owners of Tacodeli, have been in the taco-making business since 1999.

They opened their first restaurant in Austin, serving the community with handcrafted tacos and authentic Mexican flavors. They pride themselves on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and focus on community building by participating in community events, marathons, and farmers’ markets.

This year marks Tacodeli’s 25th anniversary, and you can celebrate with them with the opening of their second Houston location in May at Post Oak.

But, before the opening, Tacodeli is promoting their BOGO rodeo special. From Feb. 27 to March 17, you can buy a cowboy-themed taco and get one free at their original Houston location on Washington Ave.

  1. For meat lovers, try the Cowboy Taco. Ingredients include dry-rubbed beef tenderloin, grilled corn, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, serrano-lime guacamole, and queso fresco.
