Rock performer uses music to spread messages about mental health

HOUSTON – Meet JonoJono, a.k.a. Jonathan Harris. He’s a rocker using his platform to share empowering messages about vulnerability, resilience, and the healing power of music.

Harris is an independent rock musician breaking stereotypes in the music industry. His journey to self-discovery, identity, and freedom to express his thoughts are due to his love of heavy metal music.

Through his unique grunge and powerful songs, he breaks down stigmas and encourages open conversations about mental health.
