Rainy forecast for much of Saturday morning into early to late afternoon. Temperatures are mild, in the mid 50s and expected to top out in the mid to upper 60s today. The good news for those planning New Year’s Eve plans is the rain is expected to be finished by late afternoon and will bring in a cloudy but dry start to 2017!
Most of New Year’s Day will be dry with showers developing late as an approaching shortwave from the West will develop the potential for strong storms Monday morning as temperatures head into the mid to upper 70! The week ahead calls for a cool down mid-week with rain chances highest Thursday & Friday. Forecast models are now in agreement at all for next weekend. Going with 40’s for lows and 60s for highs for now. Certainly subject to change.
