Warm and Windy Sunday

Persistent Southerly wind has helped keep the Houston region relatively warm compared to Saturday morning.

Low of 53 on Saturday while overnight Sunday lows are staying in the 60s. Expect breezy to windy conditions Sunday afternoon with gusts above 20mph from late morning to early evening.

Highs will again be in the low 80s for most, with upper 70s likely on the coast. A front will sag into the central and northern parts of the state on Monday, bringing rain and storms to those areas but much less chances for southeast Texas.

Rain chances do come into play late Monday afternoon into Tuesday as the front sags far enough south to give us 30-40% chances through Tuesday.

The rest of the week has slight rain chances off and on through Easter with highs in the low to mid 80s.
