Sunny and Warm Saturday expected

A line of showers and storms are moving through southeast Texas early Saturday morning.

The storms formed ahead of a cold front that will push offshore between eight and nine o'clock a.m. The front will clear the air and leave beautiful weather for the remainder of the day.

Temperatures will top out near 80 degrees Saturday afternoon under mostly sunny skies. The wind will be light, out of the northwest, at five to 10 miles per hour.

Overnight temperatures will drop into the low to mid 60s, with patchy fog developing by Sunday morning.

Sunday weather promises to be beautiful, too. Highs will be near 86 degrees. Skies will be partly cloudy and the wind will be from the southeast at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Have a great weekend!
