HOUSTON – Rain chances are going down this week with heat taking over the forecast.
A stray shower is possible Monday afternoon but temperatures will be in the upper 90s.
Expect mainly dry conditions and hot afternoons all week.
The tropics are heating up. We are watching an invest in the Caribbean which is expected to turn into a tropical system in the next 24 hrs. This system will move toward Mexico but could bring SE TX beneficial rain this weekend.
