Toilet paper company to 'mad pooper': Turn yourself in for year's supply

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Charmin is trying to get a piece of the “mad pooper” action out of Colorado.

The toilet paper company is offering the woman dubbed the “mad pooper” a free year of TP if she turns herself in.

Charmin tweeted Wednesday, “If the #MadPooper turns herself in, we'll give her a year's supply of TP to help with her "runs." 

The "mad pooper" was captured on camera after another woman claims the runner defecated in front of her children recently in a Colorado Springs neighborhood.

The woman who called police said she has had other people come forward saying they have seen the same woman relieve herself outside a local Walgreens and in people's yards.
