MIAMI – Ever receive an annoying automated phone call offering you a free cruise? If so, you could soon be richer for it.
Consumers who received a robocall promoting free cruises on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian or Carnival may be eligible to receive up to $900.

A class action lawsuit against the Resort Marketing Group found the business violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act when making the robocalls between July 2009 and March 2014.
The settlement is offering a maximum of $900.
