HOUSTON – A man was killed in a crash Saturday night in northeast Houston.
The crash was reported at 8:07 p.m. near the intersection of Collingsworth and Broyles streets.

According to Houston police, the man was speeding in his white pickup when his vehicle hit the back of a car. The pickup then crashed into a tree.
Police said the man, whose identity was not immediately released, died at the scene.
The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries, police said.
