Joanne Rogers, widow of TV's famed Mister Rogers, dies at 92

Rogers, the widow of Fred Rogers, the gentle TV host who entertained and educated generations of preschoolers on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, has died. Rogers died Thursday, according to the Fred Rogers Center. PBS stations around the country still air โMister Rogersโ Neighborhoodโ and some can be found on the PBS Kids video app. After Fred Rogersโ death, she helped develop the Fred Rogers Center Center for Early Learning and Childrenโs Media at St. Vincent College in his hometown of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
