Who have Texans signed in free agency so far?

HOUSTON – The Texans have signed four free agents so far this offseason.

Safety Tyrann Mathieu, cornerback Aaron Colvin and offensive linemen Zach Fulton, Senio Kelemete and Seantrel Henderson have all agreed to deals in Houston. The team also signed cornerback Johnson Bademosi and linebacker Josh Keyes.

Mathieu, 25, started 57-of-66 regular season games played over five seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. He was named Associated Press First-Team All-Pro and selected to his first Pro Bowl in 2015.

Keyes, 25, played in 22 regular season games over three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2015-16), Atlanta Falcons (2016), Los Angeles Chargers (2017) and Cleveland Browns (2017). 

Colvin, 26, played college football at Oklahoma. He was drafted in the fourth round in 2014. He spent his first four seasons playing with the Jaguars. He has started 25 games and tallied 164 tackles, 14 passes defensed, 12 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, one forced fumble, 2 fumble recoveries and one defensive touchdown.

Last season, Colvin played in all 16 regular-season games with the Jaguars and all three playoff games. He recorded his first career interception in a wild card round game against the Bills.

Fulton, also 26, has started 46 games in his first four seasons in the NFL. He has split time at guard and center and only missed one game in his career. He is listed at 6 feet 5 inches tall and 315 pounds. He was taken in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL draft. He played college at Tennessee.

Henderson, also 26, played college football at Miami. He was taken by the Bills in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL draft. He has started 27 regular-season games, including his first 26 games at right tackle. He is listed at 6 feet 7 inches tall and 330 pounds.

Kelemente, 27, started 22 games for the Saints from 2014 to 2017, splitting time at guard and tackle. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2012 NFL draft. He played college football at Washington. He is listed at 6 feet 3 inches tall and 300 pounds.

Bademosi, 27, spent the 2017 season with the New England Patriots and the 2016 season with the Detroit Lions, after spending four seasons in Cleveland. He led the Brown in special teams tackles in all four seasons.

The 6 foot tall, 205-pound defensive back is second in the NFL in total special teams tackles since he was drafted out of Stanford by Cleveland in 2012.

Coates, 24, was originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round (87th overall) of the 2015 NFL draft out of Auburn.
