HOUSTON - The Houston Texans selected guard Xavier Su'a-Filo, of UCLA, with the first pick of the second round at the 2014 NFL Draft.

The Texans added the 6-foot-4, 307-pound offensive lineman to the first overall pick, defensive disrupter Jadeveon Clowney of South Carolina. They can begin their pro careers by colliding with each other in minicamps and training camp.

Houston, which lost 14 straight after winning its first two games last season, hired new head coach Bill O'Brien back in January.
