The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to a deal with wide receiver Sammy Watkins, according to reports from ESPN and The Associated Press.
The former Los Angeles Ram plans to sign a three-year deal worth $48 million with $30 million guaranteed, sources said.

The deal won't be made official until the start of the new league year on Wednesday.
Watkins, 24, was the fourth overall pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2014. He spent the first three seasons of his career in Buffalo before being traded to the Rams in in August.
He finished the 2017 season with 39 catches for 593 yards and eight touchdowns.
Free-agent linebacker Anthony Hitchens, 25, will also sign with the Chiefs, according to multiple reports.
Hitchens, who spent his first four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, will sign a five-year deal worth about $9 million per year, according to The Kansas City Star.
