On the first segment, VYPE Austin/San Antonio/Hill Country editor/reporter Thomas Bingham and Cedar Park VYPE Live broadcaster Brad Cone recapped the third week of UIL 5A and 6A football and the seventh week of small school action.
In segment two, Thomas and Brad interviewed Cedar Park Vista Ridge athletics coordinator and head football coach Rodney Vincent. He discussed his football program's turnaround the last two seasons, quarterback Kyle Brown's development, competing in a tough area district, how the Rangers match up with Leander ISD rival Austin Vandegrift this week, and more.
In the second half of the show, the hosts breakdown the area's football district standings, release the updated VYPE Austin UIL 4A, 5A Division II, 5A Division I and 6A Football Rankings, honor the show's player of the week (Leander Rouse's Mason Shorb) and team of the week (Llano football), and mention the Austin area's top volleyball teams.
