HOUSTON – It seems like it was just yesterday when the Houston Astros won their first World Series title over the Dodgers, but now, it’s time to think about 2018.
The team will begin spring training Wednesday in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Pitchers and catchers will report to camp on Wednesday, and then hold their first workout Thursday.
The full squad is not due in until Feb. 19, with the first full-squad workout slated for Feb. 20.

The team will also mix in a trip to the White House on March 12. Carlos Beltran has said he will not participate in the visit.
Last week, the team also unveiled its post-World Series championship uniforms, featuring gold lettering on the jerseys and a gold star behind the symbolic H on the hats.
