"It has been so much fun and hasn't really sunk in yet but it will," said Biles.

"We have been on this journey with her," said Nellie Biles, Simone's mother. "The fact that it is here now is just a surreal experience."

Biles returns to training and then on Sunday she and her teammates will begin a 10-day camp at the Karolyi Ranch before heading to Brazil.

"I know what we have done," said Biles. "But now we have so much work ahead of us. It's just so surreal right now. We are really a strong team. We have a strong makeup as a team and not individually so I think we're going to have a great run."

The entire team will include Biles, Laurie Hernandez, Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and Madison Kocian. The women will be supported by three replacement athletes, Ashton Locklear, MyKayla Skinner and Ragan Smith.
