The station said police tried to stop the man on the tractor in a Walmart parking lot. However, he fled into traffic.

Latham was confused and couldn’t give police his name, KMTV said. He was taken to a local hospital for a possible drug overdose and foot pain.

His driver’s license had been suspended for habitual driving offenses, according to the station.

The tractor was impounded.
