COOPER CITY, Fla. – A man stole a $1,200 trailer from a Cooper City pool company last month, but not before he stopped to have sex with his thieving companion, detectives said.
The theft was reported July 27 at Twin Lakes Pool & BBQ on Griffin Road.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, the man was seen on surveillance video having sex before he carried on with the crime.
Surveillance video shows the man free the trailer from the fence where it was chained and then hitch it to a pickup truck.
The man who drove away with the trailer was wearing a hat and driving a two-door pickup truck with a retractable bed cover.
