HOUSTON – The website Har.com is connecting those displaced by Hurricane Harvey with those who have a home available.

The company has set up a way for people to register their home to make it available for rent or for free.

"We will all make sure no one goes without a roof over their head and a warm bed in which to sleep," the company said on its website.

If you have a home to provide someone in need, here's how it works:

  • Create a HAR account
  • Provide full contact details
  • Provide information about the housing
  • HAR reviews submitted information and publishes on HAR.com
  • You will receive inquiries from users.
  • Download the Click2Houston news app in your app store to stay up-to-date with the latest news while you're on the go.
