NEW ORLEANS – Some celebrations just aren’t the same without some people in attendance. The New Orleans Police Department seemed to recognize that with a post featuring Detective Winston Harbin, also known as “Wobble Cop.”
Harbin went viral in 2014 when he first “wobbled” during Mardi Gras.
However, the New Orleans Police Department didn’t have great news for this year’s Mardi Gras: The “Wobble Cop” won’t be there.
The Police Department wrote: “Harbin is hard at work on several cases this week, so our ‘Wobble Cop Flashback’ to the NOPD's 2016 Night Out Against Crime event is the best we can offer. Happy Mardi Gras!”
