Reward offered for information about restaurant robbery

HOUSTONHouston police are searching for two men who robbed a restaurant at gunpoint in June, and a reward has been offered for any information that helps lead to an arrest.

Police said the men were armed when they stormed into the restaurant inthe 10100 block of Beechnut on June 11. Police said the men pointed handguns at the employees and demanded money from the cash registers.

Eventually, the employees complied and gave the robbers the money.

The men took the money and fled the scene.

One of the robbers is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, with a height of 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet. Surveillance photos show him wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and red shoes.

The second robber is described as a black male, 20 to 25 years old, with a height of 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches.
