TOMBALL, Texas – A 17-year-old Tomball High School student has been charged with aggravated assault after authorities said he assaulted two other students who were bullying him at school last year.
School officials said they saw Tra'vez Perry kicking an 18-year-old student in the face on Dec. 6, 2017.

Perry was quickly detained by school officials.
The 18-year-old male student and a 16-year-old female student were taken to the school nurse's office. KPRC chose not to reveal the victims' identities.
Perry told school authorities that the students he assaulted were bullying him.
He told authorities the girl took photos of him and posted them on SnapChat with negative comments about him. Perry also said the girl told him that she was going to get the 18-year-old student to fight him. Perry told authorities he confronted the pair in the hallway where the assault happened.
Authorities reviewed surveillance video, which showed Perry grabbing the female student by the hair, saying, "Don't ******* text me" and punching her in the face. Perry then pushed her with both hands in the face, according to police.
After assaulting the girl, police records show Perry turned to the 18-year-old student and said," What the **** you want to do?" He then charged the male student and pushed him to the ground, punched him and kicked him in the face. During the attack, Perry kneed the girl in the nose, according to authorities.

"Tomball ISD is aware of the incident that happened on the THS campus Tuesday morning and school district administrators are working with local law enforcement to address the situation. Tomball ISD will not tolerate this behavior and the discipline associated with this situation will be in accordance with the Tomball ISD Student Code of Conduct."
