2 men, 1 woman found dead inside southeast Houston apartment

HOUSTON – Police are asking for the public's help in finding the person who killed three people in an apartment at a complex in the 12000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Two men and a woman were found dead inside. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots but detectives say at this time they can't determine how the people died.

Their wounds are not obvious and the cause of death remains under investigation.

Police say it's clear that a struggle took place inside.

There may have been a witnesses to the crime and police are looking for a man who was seen leaving the apartment. They described him as a black male around 5 feet 6 inches tall with a stocky build and short afro.

He was wearing blue shorts and a white shirt and carrying a black backpack with a distinctive black and yellow strap.

The names and ages of the victims have not been released.
