Thieves rob Pasadena family auto business, caught on tape

The theives stole expensive car rims, car stereos and drove away with four vehicles

PASADENA - Police in Pasadena are searching for a group of thieves who were caught on security cameras stealing from a used car dealership on the 2600 block of Shaver.

The thieves stole expensive car rims, car stereos and drove away with four vehicles, that were later recovered in the parking lot of a nearby apartment complex.

The owner and employees of Isaac Motors say they are angry and shaken by what happened at the family auto business.

The thieves appeared to be experienced and took their time carrying or driving out anything they could get their hands on.

"It's crazy that they're doing this stuff, they don't have the right to do it," said Peter Kerolos. "They're stealing money from your pocket and they don't have the right to do it. These people need to stopped."

The incident happened on July 3 and wasn't discovered until the business opened after the Independence Day holiday.

The owner says he does keep two trained dogs on the premises to protect his property, but the thieves injured the animals by hitting them with some type of tool.

If you recognize the suspects on the surveillance video or have any information, contact the Pasadena police department or Crime Stoppers at (713)-222-TIPS.
