BAYTOWN, Texas - Baytown police are hoping newly released surveillance photos will help them find a woman wanted for debit card fraud.

Police said on Thursday, a 37-year-old Baytown woman contacted her bank after she tried to use her debit card at a local grocery store and it was declined.

The bank told the victim her card had been canceled due to a fraudulent transaction of $504 that was used at a Family Dollar store.

Police said the victim also contacted her mother, who was a previous victim of credit card abuse. The woman told police someone had used the mother's debit card at least three times in the Houston area.

The victim told police she believes someone duplicated her card and her mother's card while they were together.

Investigators ask anyone who recognizes the wanted woman or her vehicle in the surveillance photos to call the Baytown Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 281-427-TIPS.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 cash and you can remain anonymous.
