HUMBLE – A woman has died after she was involved in a head-on collision in Humble Thursday evening.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. on FM 1960 near Moonshine Hill Loop.

Officials say a woman was traveling west on FM 1960 when she crossed the middle line into oncoming traffic. She slammed head-on into a car driven by another woman. Her car spun out and was hit by a pickup truck driving behind her.
That woman was pinned in the car. She was then transported to Memorial Northeast Hospital in extremely critical condition and died from her injuries Wednesday morning.
Authorities said the woman who caused the accident was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital in serious, but stable condition.
Officials said the people in the pickup were not hurt.
