Hardin and LeBlanc accused a Houston sperm bank of releasing two vials of his frozen sperm to his ex-girlfriend Tobie Devall, who was also included in the lawsuit.

The jury found that Devall intentionally inflicted mental anguish, and now she must pay too. Devall, her doctor and the clinic that stored the sperm were all named in the lawsuit.
