Teen in custody for vandalism of cars in Woodlands Heights

HOUSTON - A teen is in custody after police say he was spotted by homeowners shooting out car windows.

We told you about the vandalism last week in the Woodland Heights area. Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen as many as 24 cars were vandalized.

Investigators confiscated BB guns from the teen's home Friday afternoon.

Investigators have not released the teen's name, but did say he has been arrested before.

He is expected to be charged on Monday.

Constable Rosen says more arrests are expected in this case.
