HOUSTON – The man accused of killing another man and then burning the body is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
Christian Sayles, 21, is charged with murdering Keith Booker on Sept. 29. Investigators say Sayles stabbed the 47-year-old Booker, then stuffed his body into a car before setting it on fire.
Houston firefighters originally found the burned car in a parking garage in the 5700 block of Northwest Center Drive with Booker's body inside.
After further investigation, Sayles, 21, was arrested on December 4.
