RICHMOND, Texas - Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect wanted for stealing from a store in Richmond.

Investigators have released a surveillance photo of the suspect, who is described as a heavy-set woman with blond hair.  She wore black clothing during the crime.

On Feb. 21, sheriff deputies were called to The Cottage Store in the 1900 block of U.S. 90A eastbound.

The store's owner said the woman had stolen clothes and sandals.  Videotape shows the suspect stuffing items into a large handbag she was carrying.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case.  Call (281) 342-TIPS (8477).  All tipsters are anonymous.
