HOUSTON - Highway 90 has reopened near the South Loop after workers repaired power lines in the area.
The power lines were down Thursday afternoon along South Main Street (Highway 90) near the 610 South Loop. CenterPoint Energy crews said a truck snagged a primary line at around 1:30 p.m. and the line was pulled down completely onto S. Main.
Highway 90 had been shut down in both directions. CenterPoint said there were no reported power outages.
Crews repaired the lines at around 5:15 p.m. Thursday.
