HOUSTON - Houston police charged a man who allegedly stole 90 bottles of liquor while working at Minute Maid Park.

Eric Cordery Mosley, 27, is charged with two counts of theft - aggregate $1,500-$20,000, according to Harris County Court records.

Mosley is accused of stealing 90 bottles of liquor from the Diamond Club at the park, according to Houston police.  Police say the thefts occurred between April 10 and 12, and April 23 and 24.

Mosley was employed by Aramark, but police could not say in what position he was employed.  Mosley told police he drank some and sold the rest.  Police did not recover any of the liquor bottles.

Mosley is being held in the Harris County Jail in lieu of a $4,000 bond.  His first court appearance is set for Wednesday.
