KATY, Texas – Harris County deputies responded to a strip center in the 2700 block of Mason Road after two businesses were burglarized overnight.
Deputies said the locks at both Donut Delights and Golden Peacock were broken. A small amount of cash was also taken.
Officials are investigating whether a third burglary was related. Deputies said around 1:30 am Wednesday, the Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt on Kingsland Boulevard was burglarized the same way.
"We believe it could be the same subject. He has the same M.O.," said Sgt. Mark Bedford with the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Surveillance cameras were rolling at one location. Video showed one man wearing a mask and gloves.
