Man with machete robs pharmacy

FANNETT, Texas - Deputies in Jefferson County are searching for the man who robbed a pharmacy with a machete.

On Tuesday, around 9:15 a.m., the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office received a call about an aggravated robbery at the Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy located in the 15000 block of Highway 124 in Fannett, Texas.

According to deputies, a pharmacy technician told them that a man entered the store armed with a machete. The man told the clerk to give him all the Hydrocodone.

Deputies said the man left the store without receiving any Hydrocodone or money.

He was last seen running to the rear of the store.

The suspect was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, a camouflage hat, sunglasses, leather work gloves, white and black running-type shoes and white or light-colored bead or seashell necklace

Deputies searched the area, but they didn't find their suspect.
