Man accused of punching, biting his elderly father

The 74-year-old victim told police his son then took his car keys and fled in his vehicle

WEBSTER, Texas - A man is accused of punching and biting his elderly father, then taking his car.

According to court documents, the 74-year-old father of the suspect, Xavier Mario Cisneros, said on Sept. 29 his son came to his house in Webster, and punched him in the face. He told police Cisneros then bit him twice, took  his car keys and fled in his vehicle.

Cisneros, 33, is charged with injury to an elderly individual. Bond has been set at $10,000.

Court records show Cisneros has a prior conviction for tampering with evidence back in 2005.
