HOUSTON – A woman has been charged after deputy constables said they found her drunk outside while children were left alone inside.
Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables said they responded to a disturbance call in the 4700 block of Whispering Rock Lane in Spring about 2 a.m. Monday.

Once there, officials said they found Ashley Hartman, 26, intoxicated outside the home. After a further investigation, officials said they found several children inside the home that were not being cared for properly.
Hartman was arrested and charged with child endangerment. She was being held at the Harris County Jail with bond set at $5,000.
