HOUSTON - Arson investigators are trying to figure out what sparked a fire at an auto repair shop in Northeast Houston.

The fire broke out around 10:45 p.m. at Laura Koppe Road and Peachtree Street. A witness said he tried to douse the flames with a garden hose, but it had frozen in Monday night's cold weather. It took firefighters about 15 minutes to get the flames under control.

One vehicle inside the shop was destroyed. Authorities did not report any injuries.
