The newspaper report said Hunter threatened to shoot the woman with a shotgun in August of 2015. Hunter is also accused of stalking the woman for four months.

Hunter allegedly sent threatening text messages to the woman, saying that he wanted her to kill the baby and didn't want her to raise it, the report said citing court documents.

The indictment said that Hunter sexually assaulted the woman in October 2015.

Hunter was already being held at the Comal County Jail on unrelated charges when he was indicted.
