Arson crews investigate mobile home fire in northeast Houston

HOUSTON – Investigators are searching for what caused a mobile home fire in Northeast Houston.

On Wednesday around 1 a.m. firefighters arrived at the home  on Charlsemont Street and Greenwich Street.

Crews said they found heavy flames coming from the mobile home.

Firefighters made a fast attack and were able to put the flames out quickly.

There was no one home at the time of the fire.

Neighbors told investigators the last time anyone was seen in the home was close to a week ago.

Investigators say they are uncertain whether the family who lives in the home went on vacation or moved out.

Arson crews are investigating the cause of the blaze.
