Accused Sharpstown HS Spanish teacher in court

HOUSTON – The Sharpstown High School Spanish teacher accused of sexually assaulting three students was in a Harris County courtroom briefly on Monday.

Ysidoro Rosales-Motola is charged with two counts of indecency of a child and one count of improper relationship with a student.

Rosales-Motola was taken into custody on Friday.

The high school's principal and two assistant principals were also arrested last week for failing to report the alleged abuse. They are expected to appear before a judge on Tuesday.
