GALVESTON, Texas – A 9-year-old boy who suffers from a mood disorder was found shortly after a search for him began.
Police said Jacob Wieseckel was safely located about 8:50 p.m. Sunday.

He had been last seen a few hours earlier near his home.
Child Protective Services is investigating.
