Deputies have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a man whose body was found lying on the side of a road in north Harris County.
Brayan Josue Duarte-Gomez, 17, has been charged with capital murder.

According to Harris County Sheriff's deputies, Marcos Campos-Hernandez's body was found lying in the 1700 block of Erwin around 2:20 a.m. on March 26. The victim had been shot to death.
Deputies spoke to several witnesses who reported hearing gunshots shortly before Hernandez's body was found.
Further investigation led to Gomez being identified as a suspect. He is being held in the Harris County Jail with no bond.
