HOUSTON - A man with a violent criminal past and identifiable tattoos has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list.

The Texas Department of Public  Safety (DPS) is offering a $3,000 cash reward for information leading to the capture of Noah Earl Allen, Jr.

Allen, 45, has ties to Houston, although his last known address was San Antonio. The DPS described Allen as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, and detailed his tattoos: a Grim Reaper on his chest; two tears under his left eye; "Rolling 30's" and dice on his left hand; and "Bad to the Bone" and "Pitbull" on his left forearm. He also has pierced ears and scars on his right forearm and near his left eye.

His criminal history includes sexual assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of firearm by felon and driving while under the influence.

The DPS said anyone with information can provide anonymous tips throughl the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), by texting the letters DPS – followed by a tip – to 274637 (CRIMES) from a cell phone, or by submitting a web tip through the DPS website by locating the fugitive's photo, then clicking on the link under their photo.  Tipsters can also submit through Facebook:
